1. Services Description

Local Growth Gear ("we," "us," "our") provides done-for-you Google Business Profile optimization, review management, local SEO, and related services for local businesses. Specific deliverables vary by selected plan (Foundation, Growth, or Domination) as described on our pricing page at the time of purchase.

2. Service Term & Cancellation

The minimum service term is 90 days from the start date. Following the initial 90-day term, this agreement continues month-to-month. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice after the initial 90-day term. The one-time setup fee is non-refundable.

3. Setup Fee

A one-time setup fee is charged at the time of purchase. This fee covers initial profile optimization, system setup, and onboarding. The setup fee is non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. 90-Day Visibility Guarantee & No Specific Ranking Guarantee

We offer a 90-Day Visibility Guarantee: if we do not measurably improve your Google Business Profile visibility and review flow within 90 days of onboarding, we will continue working at no additional monthly charge until measurable improvement is achieved.

We do not guarantee any specific Google ranking position, including but not limited to #1 rankings, Map Pack placement, AI Overview citations, or specific traffic or lead volumes. Google's algorithms consider hundreds of factors, many of which are outside our control. We commit to performing the services described in your plan diligently and professionally, but results may vary based on market competition, geographic factors, and other variables.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claims arising from these services is limited to the total amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities.

6. Client Responsibilities

To receive full service value, the client agrees to:

Grant Google Business Profile manager access within 7 days of onboarding.
Respond to approval requests (posts, review replies) within 5 business days.
Provide accurate business information and notify us of any changes.
Maintain an active Google Business Profile in good standing.

7. Billing & Payments

Monthly subscription charges begin after a 30-day free trial from the date of setup fee payment. All recurring charges are processed automatically via the payment method on file. Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
